Once we establish your goals, we will jointly craft a plan for our coaching journey together. Sessions will focus on reaching your goals, exploring tools like mindfulness practices, somatic awareness, and reflective exercises to enhance your journey. You'll be supported in making meaningful habit and behavioral changes while learning to navigate challenges with greater self-compassion and insight.
