As part of your emotional wellness journey, I offer a range of mindful practices designed to deepen self-awareness, release emotional blockages, and promote healing. Breathwork, meditation, yin yoga, and sound baths can be either independent practice sessions or woven into our coaching sessions to complement your process of self-inquiry and transformation.
